The founding partners of a small, accomplished real estate development firm asked us to create a corporate headquarters for their business in Uptown Minneapolis. Reflective of their market specialty of reclaiming polluted or brownfield sites and regenerating them into clean industrial properties, the space is organized around a spine of reclaimed wood siding that defines the entry, conference room, and three offices. Transparent eco-resin panels with natural grass further define the spaces while highlighting the firm’s green mission.
