Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
James Dayton Design redefined living in the Warehouse District of Minneapolis with this residential building. Situated adjacent to the historic Bookmen Lofts building, the Bookmen Stacks is a 9-story, 45-unit building that completes the three-quarter block residential campus designed by JDD. The Stacks building sits atop an underground parking garage and has a green roof courtyard that recycles rainwater from the buildings and site and provides much-needed green space to the neighborhood.
